In the development of economic and social in China, the machinery and equipmentindustry plays a vital role. High-speed, high-precision and CNC equipment is the maindirection of development of this industry. As a major accessory of CNC machine,Hydraulic power chuck is the most common clamp device.In this paper, Wuxi Jianhua K55hydraulic power chuck is taken for study. In order toresolve the short life and common failure problem of domestic power chuck, the clampingforce and testing technology of hydraulic power chuck is studied; mechanical model iscreated for the forces of hydraulic power chuck; appropriate test equipment is developed;simulation methods is used to study the clamping force; the finite element method is usedto analyze the failure causes of power chuck and partial solution is given after the analysis;topology optimization method is used to optimize the structure size of claws and validatethe results.The theories and methods in this paper provides theoretical basis and guidance for thedesign and optimization of high-speed hydraulic power chuck, meet the developmentneeds of the high-speed hydraulic power chuck in CNC machine industry. |
