Obesity problem has become a threat to human health, and it is an important issue, notonly leads to a variety of illnesses, but also has psychological impact on obesity. It haspsychological barriers and social adverse effects, and offers physical and psychologicaldouble trauma for obesity. Obesities are in a variety of ways to lose weight, trying to getback to a happy and healthy life. There are various of weight loss formulas, like dieting tolose weight, exercise, medications, acupuncture to lose weight and so on. Weightmanagement classes (the main weight classes now) products and solutions available, thestudy found that there are a lot of disadvantages. If a large number of weight-loss productsand training courses focused user of net weight of cuts and neglect bring great harm to theuser’s body and bounce. The reason is weight control and adjustment of the focus shouldbe on muscles, body fat and water percentage of damage. But percentage of weight loss willmainly be water and muscle, rather than fat. From a numerical point of view reducing thebody weight, but the actual impact is enormous, and rebound quickly. Currently on themarket there are expensive and complex functions of weight management system, they aremostly sold to family medical, not only increased consumer cost of living, veryinconvenient to use, but also served little practical effect for weight control. Currently it isdominated by exercise and diet. But neither is a wearable device or a Smartphone, are bothfrom the physical point of planning, information and records for user data, while ignoringthe psychological needs of people in the weight loss process. How modern scientificmanagement weight? This paper wants to studies human behavior and psychology, as wellas in the process of weight loss in obese persons of psychology and psychological needs,from behavioral psychology. In order to come from a study of weight management products,functional requirements, design principles and methods of product design and weightmanagement, and to guide design of weight management products.
