With the acceleration of urbanization,the number of urban septic tanks is increasing,targeting the geographical dispersion,high regulatory costs,and large safety hazards.Combined with the urban fertilizer division of Jinan,the real-time monitoring needs of the city's septic tanks are constructed.This paper proposes a system design scheme for remote monitoring,diagnosis and operation and maintenance of septic tanks based on the Internet of Things,and builds a intelligent remote monitoring and operation and maintenance service system that integrates monitoring equipment,monitoring center and operation and maintenance terminal.Providing remote monitoring,accident warning,fault diagnosis and other functions for staff has certain practical significance for solving current problems.The main research contents include:(1)Investigate the safety impact of the septic tanks in the middle and the two districts of Jinan City.According to the demand,design the septic tank remote monitoring,diagnosis and operation and maintenance service system to carry out the overall structure,including the detection terminal and data.Processing platform,cloud architecture,monitoring,operation and maintenance terminals,etc.(2)Designed and developed the septic tank hardware equipment in the pilot area,and proposed for the first time to apply the narrow-band IoT network technology to the septic tank liquid level monitoring,and use the government cloud service platform to achieve large-capacity terminal access and large concurrent capacity.IoT gateway.(3)Designed and developed the server-side functional structure of the septic tank monitoring center,including system architecture modules such as real-time status monitoring,monitoring and alarming,remote operation and maintenance,statistical analysis,and reporting functions.Through historical big data,artificial intelligence algorithms are used to intelligently predict abnormal conditions of devices in complex environments.(4)Test the system,analyze real-time,continuous and complete monitoring data,and analyze the operation of the system.Make the optimal deployment through real-time monitoring,real-time scheduling.Analyze the economic,social and environmental benefits.
