| At present, with a significant increasing in urban air pollutants,two-thirds ofChina’s urban particulate matter concentrations is higher than the national ambient airquality standards. as urbanization and the rapid development of automobile, hazepollution has a serious impact on public health and everyday life and become a commonproblem.By using multi-scale regional air quality modeling system(CMAQ)to carry outassociated simulation research work in Tianjin PM2.5.we can known that PM2.5as themain material of haze will increase by2015.In this paper, I analyse the2006-2011smog statistical of routine monitoring andTianjin Yearbook and study haze pollution and related atmospheric pollutantsstatus, charcacteristics and trends by social development, changes in weather and changesin emissions of air polloutants, oriented to scientific issues and technical demand andfocusing on the sustainable development of region affected haze pollution problens.Through AHP to determine the weight of each factor and according to associationanalysis to determine relevance, we can ultimately get the weighting of each factorcorrelation. By combining objective data, expert opinions and analysis of objictive, thesolution can more accurately reflect the size of the affecting factors. By caculation, wecan see the Motor vehicle quantities, PM10concentration, and the construction area isrelatively large degree of influence, which will predict the future haze and provide aquantitative basis for calculation of haze governance decisions. This dissertation puts forward the following several proposals based on the analysisof the results of the evaluation model: The first is to control construction site dust. Thesecond is to further adjust the industrial layout and accelerate the development of circulareconomy. The third is to Strengthen exchanges and cooperation and establish of regionalhaze integrated pollution prevention and control mechanisms. The fourth is to developurban public transport vigorously. The fifth is to amend “Air Act†to strengthen pollutioncontrol law.The sixth is to strengthen environmental education and raise environmentalqualities. |
