With the progress and development of modern society and economy, intensified international competition, China’s engineering corporations are extremely concerned about how to complete the project successfully, in order to obtain good social and economic benefits to achieve the healthy,stable and sustainable development. Owners delivered within the prescribed period will directly affect the project cost and project quality. For the Feasibility Study Projects of mine engineering design, research on the schedule affecting factors of the Feasibility Study Project is very urgent.The main research content and result are as follows:1. The author seriously broke down the Feasibility Study Projects of KT engineering design into three major steps and concluded the schedule affecting factors of the Feasibility Study Project and their mean probability of occurrence by expert interviews, questionnaires and other methods. Based on the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process Method, an improved method for the process evaluation was established, from which each percent weight of three major procedures and schedule influent factors was concluded.2. The objective analysis was applied to investigate the schedule affecting factors of the feasibility study project through interviews with experts, making the feasibility process schedule control measures better for the feasibility study project of KT engineering design. This work will provides practical guidelines to complete the feasibility study project of KT engineering design successfully.3. According to the processes and schedule affecting factors-weighted and their mean probability of occurrence,grade Ⅰ factor (process) and grade Ⅱ factor (progress factors) impacting the risk of schedule was calculated. This work shows the priorities and focus of schedule risk management of the feasibility study project, which provide a reference to the contractors to evade the risk.Under the background of mine engineering design project, this thesis focus on the feasibility study so as to quantify the schedule affecting factors of the feasibility study project from contractor’s point. The priorities and control measures of the schedule risk management were induced through literature review, expert interviews and theoretical methods of FAHP, which will give powerful assistance to the schedule and quality of the feasibility study project of KT engineering design.
