Study On The Utilization Of Urban Waste Resources Of Yanliang Melon

With the rapid development of economy and people’s living standards as well asadvancing of urbanization in China, it is evident that each year a growing amount ofhousehold rubbish is being produced and also is increasing nearby12%year by year. In termsof this, most areas in our country haven’t taken any scientific and effective measures toprevent this, only using simple and extensive ways to bury rubbish and leading toenvironment being polluted seriously, which makes it extremely common that cities aresurrounded by piles of rubbish. In recent years, the awareness of protecting the environmenthas been aroused as the economy is developing and many powerful steps have been taken tosave energy, lower energy consumption and reduce pollutants. All these have shown that it isurgent to recycle and deal with rubbish reasonably. In other words, this work has a brightfuture and certainly huge potential in market. In this field, China is still in the starting period,and people gradually accept the fine ways of intensive disposal of rubbish. However, there isstill a long way for us to go if we can dispose the rubbish scientifically, without harming theenvironment and at the same time reducing its amount.My thesis focuses on the existing issue in Yanliang, Xi’an and analyses the relevantproblems. It is intended to combine the actual situation with the scientific methods to dealwith rubbish and then suggests some practical ways to promote local people’s awareness andmoral levels, establish sound legal system and strengthen the role of government as well as itsadministration.The main points are as follows;1.Emphasize from different aspects the harm of rubbish to people’s health, environmentand the city and explain the importance of disposing rubbish effectively.2.Find out the main differences of ways to dispose rubbish between China anddeveloped countries. By introducing the advanced ways, we begin to accept and learn thatrelevant concentrations in developed areas have been turned from improving the standards ofdisposing rubbish to improving the levels of reusing and recycling rubbish and then reducingit. So it has formed the basis of broad involvement of all people.3.Analyzing the relevant problems of environment sanitation and that of garbagedisposal in Yanliang, my thesis is mainly aimed to put forward some constructive suggestions and reform strategies and their supporting systems.
