From imitation to innovation, domestic printing machinerytechnology gradually narrowed the gap with the international advancedlevel, but foreign enterprises still master the core technology, theestablishment of patent barriers through the patent layout let domesticenterprises difficult to intervene, the domestic enterprise’s patentsmostly are for technical improvement of peripheral patents, proprietaryintellectual property rights is weak, therefore improve the domesticprinting machinery and equipment to avoid innovation patent is apressing matter of the moment. In the innovative design, technicalpersonnel of enterprises often can’t do anything facing the patentbarriers of foreign enterprises. This paper aims at how to break througha tight encirclement, on Printing Machinery patent circumv entionmechanism based on TRIZ.Through the construction of printing machinery patent design aroundof creative design model based on TRIZ, and put forward a set ofinnovative design process of patent design around: problem analysis,patent analysis, phylogenetic tree/technical scheme, avoidance ofmigration of patent, patent design around the use of cutting, inventiveprinciples and contradiction matrix, the causal chain analysis tools suchas TRIZ, the application process to determine infringement the re sultingscheme whether or not to circumvent the success, if avoid success, thisscheme can often apply for a patent.Combined with the scraping blade and foot lock innovation design asexamples of using printing machinery patent design around of creativedesign model based on TRIZ, solve the quadratic problem with inventiveprinciples and function oriented search, draw ink scraping blade andfoot lock scheme.
