Research On The Path Of Innovation About The CBM Mining Method Based On TRIZ And Patent Map

With the rapid development of national economy and the consecutive improvement of people's life,the need for energy will keep increasing by a large margin in the entire society,and the economy developing fast is faced with the serious challenges from the lack of energy.Although the coal bed gas is abundant in our country,the output always comes to an end too early and the cost is too high because of the complexity of the geological condition and the immaturity of the system of mining technology,which has limited the mining and utility of coal bed gas.Patent map is regarded as the most effective carrier of information of technology,and can be used to predict and estimate trends of technology by comparing,analyzing and researching;TRIZ is a tool based on amount of analyses of technological knowledge and is a good way to solve problems of technology creativity.Therefore,the combination of patent map and TRIZ can be used to design technology creativity,to find a way to implement fast,effective,overall,sustainable creation of technology,which is meaningful to the industry of coal bed gas in its early age.Based on proving the coupled relation of patent map and TRIZ theory,this paper brings about a new way for technology creativity according to patent map and TRIZ theory.In the mean time,this paper analyses systematically the source,mechanism and procedure of the new way.At last,the empirical research and the creative designation is conducted according to the mining method of empirical research.The main content of this paper is as follow:Firstly,Analyse the content of TRIZ and patent map,utilize structure equation to research the coupled relation of TRIZ and patent map and establish the concept model of the structure equation of their coupled relation,which is fitted,assessed and reviewed by using AMOS 7.0.Finally,TRIZ and patent map are testified to have positive coupled relation,which lays the theoretical foundation of the establishment of creative routine.Secondly,In terms of the field of technology creativity,put forward a new way of technology creativity based on TRIZ and patent map according to the thinking that TRIZ and patent map can use each other for reference and provide designation for each other.Thirdly,The TRIZ theory is applied to the patent analysis.And we use TRIZ innovation principles,such as Extraction,combination,segmentation,to analyze the existing mining technology of coal bed methane in fields of patent literature comprehensively.Choose the reasonable technical elements to drawn the existing technical structure and technical features of coal-bed gas exploitation technology patent map.Fourth,Use TRIZ technology innovation method to make "functional,principal and structural" analysis of the Coal gas mining key technology patents,form the three levels of position,space and principal.And to point out the main technical contradictions.Then apply TRIZ inventive principles,separation principle,method and effect problem invention standard knowledge base of innovation such as tools to solve technical contradictions,and get some optimization technology project,and applied for the national patent of invention.The study are mainly from the Angle of the theory,combining TRIZ inventive principles and patent map tools to research innovation path which are based on patent map and CBM exploration methods.This paper analyzes the results reaction to settle patent technology of the contradiction in the method,which can ensure the clear direction of technological innovation process and analysis tools of TRIZ contradiction can help to find a solution to the problem effectively.At the same time,the technical innovation path is promoting our CBM exploration technology and the method of independent innovation,to inspire and guide the CBM exploration of new technology,new methods,new techniques of the birth of the ascension.And it improves the level of gas extraction technology and reduces gas disasters which caused losses of life and property,guaranteeing the national coal mine safety in production.
