It has the advantage of the free flow of various resources and spontaneous adjustment and consolidation, which is the vivid embodiment of the law of value. Of course, not all the resources will be allocated reasonably under the free operation of market economy, some of which is brought about by the corresponding market reaction of the disadvantage of the market economy, such as lagging regulation of Market mechanism. So, it needs not only the invisible hand of law of value, but also the visible one of the government to facilitate sustainable development in all countries carrying out market economy.Firstly, this paper discussed the present situation of the testing and regulation of the labor protection equipment, including the present situation of special labor protection equipment, the present situation of the special labor protection equipment enterprise and the present situation of the testing and regulation of the labor protection equipment. Then the defects and the reasons of the testing and regulation of the labor protection equipment was analyzed from the textile industry point. Finally, on this basis, the paper provided the optimization for the testing and regulation of the labor protection equipment, such as optimizing the testing process standardization, giving relevant regulatory body appropriate public power, achieving network supervision and diverse inspection standards.
