Expression And Definition Of Inspection Process Model Based On MBD

MBD model has become the data foundation of full three-dimensional digital design, manufacture and inspection. For manufacturing enterprises, the application of 3D CAD system has become an important part,3D digital design and manufacturing technology of the products is the trend of the development of the manufacturing enterprise informatization. In view of the current traditional two-dimensional inspection process method which is low speed, low efficiency and low accuracy, this paper put forward the concept of the inspection process model based on MBD under the background of 3D digital inspection process system. Carried on discussion and research on theory method and realizing system of definition and expression of inspection process model based on MBD. The main contents and achievements are as follows:1.Study 3D digital inspection process technology and MBD technology,put forward the concept of inspection process model based on MBD which is applied to the three-dimensional digital inspection process implementation;2.Use MBD technology to define three-dimensional digital inspection process information which is needed in the process of inspection, analyzing organization structure, logical structure and inspection information classification and association of inspection process model information based on MBD;3.Form the specification on definition and expression of inspection process model based on MBD which is applied to the three-dimensional digital inspection process implementation;4.Study on definition of inspection process model unmarked tolerance based on MBD, and perfect unmarked tolerance information by using UG secondary development technology; Study on specification standard of inspection process model, and check up the inspection process model based on MBD by using the UG secondary development technology;5.Having realized definition and expression of the information about the product design and manufacture, definition of inspection model, inspection process planning, inspection process design, inspection process simulation, inspection result information output throughout three-dimensional digital inspection process implementation, having realized the paperless three-dimensional inspection process information definition and expression.
