The ion exchange membrane caustic soda is a technology which appears after mercury caustic soda and diaphragm caustic soda. This technology is more effective, cleaner and higher automatic level. The ion exchange membrane caustic soda is strict with device of the process. In order to make the ion exchange membrane caustic soda unit run smoothly、safely and reliably, the operator must be very familiar with process operation. The ion exchange membrane caustic soda also has a high requirement for the accuracy、stability and reliability of the automatic control instruments and valve.The production and raw material of ion exchange membrane caustic soda is corrosive, so we should choose right instruments and control valves. The material also has to be anticorrosive. For example stainless steel, titanium, tantalum, hastelloy c-276, nickel and so on.When we choose valves,besides considering the anticorrosive material, the most important is the choose of the diameter and connection method. Through summarizes the daily work and develop a software which generate instrument data sheets automatically to make works efficiency.
