Nearly two years, haze caused the extensive concern of the society from all walksof life. haze impair the health of body, and also bring social and economic impact, foggovernance are imperative.As the main legal basis of atmospheric environmental protection in China, the lawon the prevention and control of atmospheric pollution after modified has been usedsince2000. The air pollution situation of more than ten years, our country has changed,the law on the prevention and control of atmospheric pollution can not meet the need ofthe prevention and control of atmospheric pollution.This article from the perspective of haze, analyzed the cause of the haze conditionsin our country, the law on the prevention and control of atmospheric pollution in ourcountry is mainly studied on the solution to this problem, and puts forward somecorresponding perfecting suggestionThe paper consists of three parts:Part1; Explains the concept and harm of haze,, analyzes the main components ofthe haze and comes in.
