| Reasonable layout of the ventilation system is an important assurance for minesafety in production. With the increasing scale of mine exploitation, the increase ofmining depth and geological conditions of the pernicious effects, the mine ventilationsystem needs to be adjusted in a timely manner and reconstruction to ensure the safetyin production. The design of mine ventilation system, optimization and transformation,the scheme determination of main ventilating roadway expedite, cannot without theaccurate calculating ventilation network. Using computer ventilation networkcalculation software can quickly, accurately and intuitively calculating wind wells morecomplex ventilation network, avoid artificial tedious, time-consuming, easy to makemistake when solving problems.Firstly, in view of the present ventilation system, we did measure of resistance of aCoal Mine in Handan Mining Group. Then we got the mine main ventilation roadwayventilation, and parameters database is established, also mastered the whole of mineventilation. Using specially compiled computer network calculating software which forthe ventilation system of the network at the present, to prove the work reliability ofventilation parameters database.Secondly, we analyzed the ventilation system of the mine at present, found out the problems ofventilation, including the local resistance and total resistance of mine ventilation were high,ventilation lines were long. Meanwhile, we analyzed in the numerical simulation by usingFluent software for a typical local resistance situation. It turned out that the best way toreduce the loss of energy is the solution that combines the30angel inlet and60angel outlet, andanalyses to the economic benefits of the mine production. By putting forward two modifications andchose the best on based on technical and economic comparison and network solution.At last, we analyzed a diagonal ventilation system and gave the air regulation ofmathematics and the fan interference discriminant. Meanwhile, by using sevenevaluation indexs to evaluated the ventilation system of modification, which we couldget a conclusion of Prevention-oriented ventilation management. |
