Safe,reliable,technologically advanced and economically reasonable mine ventilation system is essential for the production of coal mining enterprises.However,as the mining scale increases,the mining depth increases and the complex geological conditions affect,the adjustment and transformation of the mine ventilation system need to be carried out in time to ensure safe production.The design,optimization and transformation of the mine ventilation system,the determination of the main ventilation tunnel and other solutions can be solved quickly and accurately using the computer and ventilation network solution software,avoiding the cumbersome manual calculation and ensuring the accuracy.This paper firstly measured the resistance of the existing ventilation system of the Jiaojiazhai Coal Mine of Datong Coal Industry Group,obtained the friction coefficient of the main ventilation tunnel in the underground,established a database of ventilation parameters,and mastered the overall ventilation of the mine.The network calculation of the current ventilation system was carried out by using the specially designed solving software to verify the feasible reliability of the ventilation parameter database.The current ventilation system of the mine was analyzed to find out the existing problems,including the local resistance,the total resistance of the mine ventilation,the long ventilation line,and the ventilation of the local roadway.Secondly,using ANSYS Fluent software to carry out the numerical simulation analysis of the wind flow field in the return air shaft,from which the wind flow velocity changes in different sections of the roadway were obtained.And then the transformation plan was proposed.Subsequently,the specially solved solution software was used to solve the network calculation of the current and modified ventilation system.It was found that the new parallel return air connection can reduce the proportion of the total return air resistance of the ventilation system in the 521 mining area.Meanwhile the factors affecting the wind flow stability of the pull ventilation tunnel were analyzed.Finally,it was concluded that the 1# and 2# fans should be replaced so that the new fan working condition could be in a stable working area.At the same time,the effective ventilation section of the roadway should be ensured,avoid storing items inside the roadway,especially the total air inlet roadway and the total return airway roadway,to strengthen the maintenance and management of the mine's total return airway.Strengthen ventilation system management,ensure the installation quality of ventilation facilities,regular maintenance,minimize internal air leakage,simplify ventilation system,and improve mine ventilation and disaster resistance.
