Coal and gas outburst is a very complex and grave dynamical phenomenon happened in the mine, which can emit a great deal of coal and gas in very few seconds and bring a great dynamical effect and calamities. Now,the research in coal and gas outburst forecast doesn't forn a complete computer application system, especially in the aspect of Coal and gas outburst local forecast at working face, though it uses many kinds of theories and techniques.This Coal and gas outburst local forecast use SuperMap Objects large-scale component geographic information system as the platform, take Visual Basic as the development tool, and select four influencing factors(pressure of gas,emit muzzle velocity of gas, geologic structure and consistence quotiety of coal )as research object, through write programs, strike up a Coal and gas lutburst local forecast system at mine working face.This system basesed on the data which measureing at the working face under the mine, forecasting the Coal and gas lutburst style for the forscast working face, then, obtained the function of guidance produce. In addition, the system have powerful query function, such as it can administer the working face's property information, and it also can show the dots which have different style on the map with different color. And this system also have graphics editor function, such as additions and deletions outburst dot and extend or delete laneway.This system take TuCheng mine of PanJiang Coal And Power Group as a example to design, transact the laneway graph under mine, transmit it into GIS, mange some function with GIS such as picture disposal function, vacuum query and analyse function, data inpute and store function, use based model, get across the writing program, have this system's all function come ture.
