ESP is the largest air pollution control applications, grasp the working mechanismof the precipitator, design and manufacture of highly efficient filter, improveenvironmental protection work of great significance. Screens immersion wet dustremoval is an efficient low-power devices, especially for humid, sticky, high initialdust, fine dust particles and other environmental conditions are very harsh place.However, due to internal dust removal mechanism for its lack of understanding, thereare many problems in the design and use, leading to its effectiveness can not be fullyrealized. Based on this, the paper screens immersion wet scrubber equipmentconstruction and how to improve its operating efficiency research.Firstly, the structure and working principle of wet dust screens immersionconducted research on the mechanism of wet dust were analyzed.This article describes the screens submerged plant wet scrubber applicationsoverview and field application, and analyzes and studies appearing in its fieldapplication process problems.In this paper screens immersion wet scrubber electrical control systems, sprinklersystems, pipe cleaning system, water system, dust pipe network system optimizedtransformation, through the implementation of technological innovation, and basicallysolved the problem of frequent failures, so that the filter run more smoothly, the failurerate has been effectively reduced downtime, operating efficiency has been greatlyimproved dust, immersion tube wet type dust collector suitable for efficient industrialproduction lines applications, particularly suited for the sintering plant ingredients likelime room imports, dust and dust and difficult position mixer, screens immersion wetscrubber is a value worthy of promotion and application of high dust removalequipment.
