This paper collects the aluminum dust produced in the spraying process of the plant,tests its physical and chemical properties which are closely related to the selection of dust remover;uses CFD simulation technology and experiences to analyze the internal flow field of tree type wet scrubber,and provides reference for the selection of relevant variables of tree type wet scrubber.The specific contents as following:(1)The aluminum dust generated in the spraying process captured by the wet scrubber of the plant was collected,and the dusts were processed by pressure filtration,drying,sieving,drying and cooling.This paper study the particle size distribution of samples,the repose angle of samples to explore the possibility of its second rise in a dry collector,the wettability of samples to explore the feasibility of using wet scrubber and the explosion characteristics of samples and compares with the relevant parameters of pure aluminum dust;(2)This paper establishes models for the two areas of the tree type wet scrubber,uses Fluent and select k-? turbulence model,VOF multiphase flow model and DPM discrete phase model,sets up six different scenarios to explore the effects of water level and air flow velocity on the internal flow and dust collection process of the tree wet scrubber;(3)Building laboratory model by reducing tree type wet dust remover in the proportion of 3.5:1,the effect of the number of baffle layers on the resistance and dust removal efficiency of the tree wet scrubber was investigated by changing the number of baffle layers of the water curtain inside the tree wet scrubber;set up 10 different water level heights to explore the effect of different water level heights on the resistance and dust removal efficiency of tree wet scrubber;and use the frequency conversion device to change the parameters of the fan,and compare and analyze the influence of various factors on the dust removal efficiency when the air flow velocity is 32.46m/s and 17.33m/s.
