At present, in the synthetic ammonia workshop process mainly include low low temperature shift, the string, the whole change. In my company before move in synthetic ammonia workshop USES the string of low technology. Because the company needs to move, the combination of company move, after the relocation USES more energy saving and the nitrogen fertilizer industry are recommends to the total low-temperature shift process.Workshop selection of catalyst is related to the length of the system of energy consumption and operation time and operation of the economic benefits. Main points of the shift catalyst catalyst and low catalyst. Change in the catalyst is mostly iron, chrome, low catalyst are mostly using cobalt molybdenum. The process design of low catalyst cobalt is molybdenum sulfur resistant catalyst. This article through to the total low-temperature shift process, the choice of the whole low material and heat balance, main equipment design, and the selection of shift catalyst to embody the design process in energy consumption, operation and so on various aspects of economic rationality and advancement.Completion of construction, the design has been running for a period of time. Running results show that the device can meet the design requirements, design the operation indexes reach or exceed the design indexes. Energy saving effect is obvious, steam, desalted water, circulating water save dosage can produce economic benefits of5.9634million yuan a year. Currently has more than production is expected to target design requirements. A few problems existing in the operation process, we made further improvement on these small problem.
