Human-Machine Innovative Design Of The Bathing Assistive Device For The Disabled

Nowadays,the situation of global aging is becoming severe,according to the population prediction by relevant department,the proportion of the elderly aged60and above in our country will be more than17%by2020,with the amount of these groups reaching248million.As people grow older and their body functions decline,people’s understanding, cognitive ability are weakened, and the diseases of the muscles,bones,seriously impair their ability of independent activities in daily life.These special groups are increasingly eager to face daily life independently,so as to alleviate the burden of the family.Providing them with comprehensive,meticulous,ministrant,affective and humanistic products is becoming a symbol which displays the degree of social civilization and also reveals the care and attention to these vulnerable groups by the Chinese government. Therefore,developing the disabled and to enable the elderly, the disabled,patients enjoy modern life convenience brought about by the new and high technology,has a great significance of achieving the China’s national strategic target of everyone will have access to rehabilitation services"of2015, and of great significance to promote social harmony and stability.Aiming at the actual requirements of the elderly,the disabled and the patients,based on the summary of Bath auxiliary equipment technology at home and abroad and the senior’s design of bath auxiliary equipment.I made an optimization of existing bath auxiliary equipment from the perspective of man-machine engineering,and designed a kind of bath assistive devices with high safety,efficient and amenity.My main task is to design scientific, safe and convenient bathing assistive devices for the disabled according to disabled psychology,ergonomics,design aesthetics and interactive design,and construct the mental model,the man-machine size design formula，modeling design method,assistive devices modal for disabled and human-computer interaction interface in this process.Through the psychological analysis of heavy disabled,they display the psychological characteristics of loneliness,depression,anxiery,inferiority,suspicion,cowardice,exclusive and negative psychological characteristics, indifference, fear and doubtCombining GB10000-88and more than20years the average annual growth height and the contraction rate of disabled adults in our country, I created body dimension calculation formula for the disabled. With science and psychology analysis,I obtained different colors that match the four types of assistive devices color:white,light blue,pale orange and gray.In the end,I design two types of assistive bathing devices that comply with psychology and human dimensions of heavyy disabledrstreamlined lift and slide rail,At the same time,combining with the plane design, psychology,and interaction design,I finished the harmonious human-computer interaction interface with the characteristics of all kinds of controller of assistive bathing devices harmonious,nature and human oriented.
