Innovative Design Based On Jack's Assisting Seat For The Elderly

With the development of science and technology and long-term world peace,the average life expectancy of human beings has gradually increased.There are more and more people over 60 years old in the world,and the problem of aging in the world is getting worse.Especially in China,due to policy,the degree of aging is more serious than in other countries.With the increase of age,the physical function of the elderly drops sharply,especially with the occurrence of many chronic diseases,resulting in muscle weakness of the elderly,unable to complete some normal activities,even some basic activities are barely completed,such as sitting up,the most common activity in daily life.In this paper,data analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,experimental analysis and other methods are used to study the psychological and physiological status of the elderly,analyze the changes of the elderly's physical function,determine the elderly's physical parameters,and obtain the elderly's subjective functional needs and objective needs for the elderly's auxiliary seats.According to the subjective functional requirements,the functional design of the product is determined and the basic model of the product is established.Research on ergonomics,understand Jack software for ergonomics analysis process,study analysis tools and processes,and form Jack-based principles for ergonomic simulation analysis of elderly assisted seats.Use Jack software to perform ergonomic simulation analysis of the elderly auxiliary seats with determined functions and sizes according to the objective needs of the elderly,and perform comfort analysis,visual domain analysis,force analysis and reachability domain analysis on the product.Based on the analysis results,the innovative design of the elderly auxiliary seat is guided,the appearance of the product is designed and controlled according to the needs of the elderly,and the product is evaluated.Finally,the elderly auxiliary seat with good ergonomics performance that meets the needs of the elderly is designed.In this paper,Jack software is used to analyze the ergonomics of the designed auxiliary seat for the elderly,and the principle of ergonomics simulation and analysis of the auxiliary seat is explored,so as to explore a new way for ergonomics analysis of the auxiliary seat for the elderly,which can solve the problem of difficulty for the elderly to sit up and provide some guidance and suggestions for the design of auxiliary seats for theelderly.
