In recent years,the international oil price has continued to fall,and the production efficiency of the whole oil industry has been severely damaged,thus the development of oil production towards a more efficient,environmentally friendly and reliable direction has become an inevitable trend,in which Electrical Submersible Pump play an important role.The related multi-parameter monitoring system has become a hot research topic at home and abroad.In this paper,the multi-parameter monitoring system of Electrical Submersible Pumpis studied.Electrical Submersible Pump monitoring system is composed of well system and downhole system.With the help of the star isopotential principle,the ground system provides 60 V DC power supply voltage to the downhole monitoring equipment through the cable armour.The metal armour of three-phase armored cable is also used as the physical transmission medium for the multi-parameter signal to return to the ground system,which forms the power supply and signal transmission multiplexing system of Electrical Submersible Pump.In the whole system,the downhole system is responsible for adjusting the signal measured by each parameter sensor to the 4~20mA current signal,which is convenient for long line transmission,and then transmits to the ground system after the time-sharing switch of multi-channel time-sharing circuit.The ground system receives the downhole multi-parameter measurement signal,First,the current signal is converted to analog digital,and then the data storage and wireless communication are realized with the MCU as the main control chip.The wireless communication system sends the data to the PC or the mobile client.Users can monitor the working status of the submersible pump monitoring system in real time and send instructions to the monitoring system in real time.Theoretical analysis and experiments show that the system not only extends the original two-parameter monitoring system into a multi-parameter monitoring system(including downhole inlet temperature,motor winding temperature,inlet pressure,outlet pressure,motor X-axis vibration.Vibration in the direction of Y axis and Z axis of motor),At the same time,the system also has the advantages of simple power supply mode,stable transmission signal,remote real-time monitoring and so on.Finally,the long-term reliability of Electrical Submersible Pump system is explored,which enables the system to save energy,reduce emissions,exploit efficiently and run reliably,which will promote the development of intelligent wellbore technology in the future.
