At present, the oil resources have became the pillar of the economic development. The mathod that oil mining has transferred from the traditional terrestrial mining to the sea mining, however, the mining in the sea has the certain difficulty. In the paper, we designed the system as the background of three oil wells. Before reforming equipment, the way of communicating is peer-to-peer. So because of environmental factors, the communication is often disturbed, even interrupted. Therefore, aimed at the problems, we designed a set of syetem named offshore oil field production safety command system.Firstly, on a base of analyzing fully technology and production, we design the system which depend embeded technology. On the design of hardware, Safe-produce system concludes six scene monitor stations and a center operating station. The below machine adopts MCU, the above machine system adopts PC. Considering the demand of the system security, credibility, maintainability and flexibility, combining the demand of the design, we select the chip of Silicon040as the main control chip of MCU. We use Canbus as the control method and make the software of keil c to make procedure.Secondly, we adopt the design idea of system integration. the design mainly includes AD sampling, Wireless communications subsystem, Sensor subsystem and Thecan bus communications subsystem. In this paper we give detailed explanation to the thougt of design and the work principle. We design the software according to the actual demand and do a lot of software and hardware debugging. We basically solved the problems existing.Finally, we put forward the theory of fuzzy PID control to control the proportional valve and then control hydraulic size. Will the system used in the practice of production, it will strength the reliability and accuracy, eventually increase the degree of production and reduce labor intensity and maintenance costs.
