For a long time, China Metallurgical major equipment has always been to rely on imported from abroad. Over the past20years, the introduction of equipment, iron and steel industry reached20billion U.S. dollars, up to a time when the domestic market accounted for45%, the lowest when there are about37%. China must speed up its own core technology research and development, self-integration, innovation, truly great country from the steel into steel strong. Baosteel’s development has also gone through the introduction of absorbing and re-innovation process, more and more new and reconstruction projects have taken an integrated approach to autonomous, self-integration is to ensure the success of the project, this issue will affect the sustainability of development.How to address the characteristics of domestic self-integration, the use of modern science and technology and project management tools to effectively control all aspects of the maximum control of project risk, enhance management efficiency, is a major issue.
