As the basic engineering construction projects in mineral resources development areas, Shandong Jiaojia gold mine deep 105 tons of gold resources development project is a complicated and systematic project from planning to implementation, which involved a lot of manpower and material resources, financial resources and other resources. It also included all kinds of risk factors and restriction, especially in the process of project construction, involving investment, schedule, quality, organization, technology, safety, environment, and many other links. Each link carries the risk of this or that, once the processing is bad, it will affect the entire global engineering construction project, and then come an immeasurable loss. At the same time, the construction technology for mineral resources development project engineering conditions, environment and safety construction machinery equipment and so on have strict requirements. It’s the requirement of construction technology and key technology condition is much higher than other construction projects. Therefore, it completed the risk management of all-round, multi-angle to Jiaojia 105 tons of gold mine deep resource and developed the construction of the project is essential. It is also the project managers from the understanding and action must be taken seriously project management activities, efforts to reduce or avoid high-risk factors. It is good to minimum the project risk and its influence, ultimately achieve the desired economic and social benefits.This paper took Shandong Jiaojia gold mine deep 105 tons of gold resources development project as the research object, used the project risk management theory and methods on the risk identification, studied assessment and control, the main research content are as follows: firstly, the paper put forward the research background and significance of this article, summarized the research status quo of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of project risk management, the main research contents and possible innovation points; secondly, this paper expounded the comprehensive risk management theory, devastated domino theory and energy release theory of risk management theory and analytic hierarchy process, the main method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, introduced the background and construction plan of Shandong Jiaojia gold mine deep 105 tons of gold resources development project; thirdly, it used the method of project risk identification and steps to study the main risk factors exist in the project, identified the four categories of risk factors and risk factors of 17 children, established the 105 tons of Jiaojia gold mine deep resource to develop project risk list; Then, on the basis of risk identification, the paper constructed project risk evaluation index system, used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process to evaluate project risk, risk in determining the weights of evaluation indexes, level of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and attribute recognition, on the basis of the risk evaluation results for the level in general; Finally, it put forward the 105 tons of Jiaojia gold mine deep resource to develop project risk control countermeasures, they are:building the project quality guarantee system, establishing the project safety management system, attaching great importance to the project risk assessment, making project risk management plan, strengthen the project risk monitoring, etc. Through this article research, I hope that it can provide theoretical guidance and methods for reference to better implementation of risk management for the project management enterprise.
