EPipeVP Platform-Economic Research On Project Management Of GD Project

With the development of domestic energy economy,more and more oil and gas enterprises gradually carry out the construction of information projects.Since Company A's main business is informatization project implementation,and the contract amount of the project accounts for more than 90% of the enterprise's operating income,how to effectively evaluate and improve the project management economy has always been one of the problems perplexing the project manager.Based on the theory of project lifecycle and the theory of project economic evaluation,this study conducted a detailed investigation on Company A and the business visualization ePipeVP platform by using the field survey method,and obtained the operation and management status of A company and the application of ePipeVP platform(GD project is a derivative project of ePipeVP platform).According to the contract content of GD project,the special demand of GD project is studied,and the economic decline of project management is put forward.By using the project life cycle theory,the project economic evaluation theory and the earned value analysis method,this paper analyzes the economics of project management in each stage.According to the related theories of project management,the economic improvement scheme of GD project management is optimized and implemented.Finally,the economic improvement results of project management are analyzed.In this study,the evaluation ideas and evaluation indicators of project management economy were designed,and the improvement scheme of project management economy was formulated,so as to improve the refined management level of the project and the overall implementation level of the project,and finally make the GD project successful acceptance on time.At the same time,Company A can obtain more project profits,which can provide some references for the improvement of management level of other projects in the company.
