This article is based on a Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide manufacturing project to analyze its safety risks during the manufacturing process.Before manufacturing Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, we will estimate the equipment safety, procedure safety, operational safety and workplace safety. P-I Matrix is used as the qualitative tool to analyze all the safety risks. The safety risks must be within the accepted range of the company. There must be costs to prevent the risks. We use sensibility analysis to define how these costs affect the economic benefit of the Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide manufacturing project. By using the qualitative and quantitative analysis, we make sure the manufacturing of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is worthwhile.According to the analysis, we will establish a safety risks management system to guarantee the manufacturing of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide. HSE management will be part of the system.
