| To improve and balance the wet skid resistance, wear resistance and rolling resistance of tire tread is the important part to research high-performance, which properties is closely related to the choice of tread material. In this paper, the new tread rubber be applied in tire tread, which aims to improve filler dispersion in the rubber matrix, and improve comprehensive performance, and prepare high-performance tire tread of passenger car.Vinylpyridine-butadiene-styrene rubber (VPSBR or VPR) has a special structure. An exfoliated VPR/clay nanocomposite can be prepared by latex compounding method. In this research, with the help of the acidic flocculant, the VPR/clay nanocomposites are prepared which VPR have different structures and the structures and properties of composites were discussed. The clay/rubber NC which rubber is4VPR has the high modulus and wear-resistance property. To study clay/4VPR NC deeply and improve the mechanical properties, the properties of the VPRs and clay/VPR NC which VPR have different synthesis conversion rates were carefully discussed. When reducing the synthesis conversion rate of4VPR, VPR/clay NC have better mechanical property and higher wet skid resistance property. The high Tg of4VPR offers a new idea for the preparation of new tread rubber with high wet skid resistance property.CB are replaced by2phr clay non-equivalently, the properties of4VPR/CB/clay composite are researched.When10phr CB replaced by2phr clay, the composite exhibits higher modulus and lower roll-resistance.The properties of silica/SBR/BR composite are researched by using different SBR. The composite which4VPR with synthesis conversion rate is82%has better mechanical property and higher wet skid resistance. With the increasing blending ration of the BR/4VPR, the composites exhibit an improvement in roll resistance and keep the excellent mechanical property and wear-resistance property. With increasing of the styrene content of ESBR, the wet skid resistance of silica/ESBR/BR composite has an obvious improvement. |
