Rotor-bearing-Sealing systems, such as centrifugal compressor, are widely used in the chemical industry, with the development of society, people will demand more and more chemical products, and now the environment and energy issues have become increasingly important, centrifugal compressor is driven to the high-speed, high flow, high pressure and high efficiency direction, and these changes also make the stability of a centrifugal compressor become increasingly prominent. Instability of the rotor system deeply affect to the efficiency and safety in production. How accurately evaluate the stability of the rotor system and control vibration of rotor system, improve system stability become urgently needed to resolve practical problems. This article builds related hardware and software systems, studies on related issues from both experimental and simulation.1> Build relevant experimental platform that can be used to identify stability and control vibration of rotor system. Install AMB; develop real time control system in RT-linux, install comedi, qrtailab and scilab program in linux, develop programs in this system;2^compare applicable conditions and effect of half-power point method> half-power point method based full spectrum、BAR and polynomial identification method from Dyrobes simulation and experimental study. through the study:experimental conditions of half-power point method and half-power point method based full spectrum is simple, the recognition accuracy is relatively coarse; BAR identification method does not require the excitation signal, but this method requires some exciting equipment to produce rotor vibration; recognition accuracy of polynomial identification method is the highest, experimental condition is relatively harsh, factory does not have these equipment;3> Through the analysis of rotor instability mechanism, propose two ways to improve the stability of rotor system:Improve rotor damping ratio and reduce cross stiffness of the rotor. Through simulation analysis, demonstrate the effectiveness of the above methods. And then make the switch type PID control strategy and fuzzy control strategy to reduce the energy consumption of the rotor vibration control and improve the control effect. At last, real time control systems are being developed in RT linux.
