The centrifugal compressor is a vane rotary compressor,it has become the most commonly used compressor type in the industrial production today,and widely used in petroleum,chemical,metallurgy,mining,etc.The prime motor of compressor is turbine mostly,and electrical motor secondary.For the vapor cooling and recovering of turbine is important part of machine safety working and product quality assurance.Air cooling devices not only suit the cold weather of northern China but also solve the water shortage problem.Efficiently production and environment protection,kill two birds with one stone.Centrifugal compressors play a key role in compressed and transport gas of chemical production,equivalent to the heart of the large-scale production plant.It is the most important equipment to ensure the compressor group to be safe,reliable and stable for uninterruptedly working.But except the formal protection,centrifugal compressor still has some defects which is connatural and difficult to eliminate.Such as the steady workspace is too narrow,surge is easy to occur.It may cause a serious accident for slight deviation.The accident usually happened in such a quick and violent way that manual handling cannot manage at all.The primitives of this architecture is coal gasification project of Shen Hua work group in Xin Jiang.Frames design of control system has been completed,and introducted a composite control strategy of compressor,improve the control function of turbine water recycling air cooling system,build a control system architecture,propose propylene centrifugal compressor and other auxiliary devices control strategy,considered the possible factors in the operating of compressor more widely,analysis control functions,such as alarm,trip,other pipe line control logic,made a depth study of anti-surge and governor control.Designed and implemented the control system structure that based on the TS3000 logic controller,Intouch HMI software as the core operation of compressor monitoring platform was developed,it includes Tag List,Alarm Page,Trip Page,Technics Page and Start Page,etc.It makes operation and monitoring of propylene compressor more reasonable and simple in the process of coal gasification project.And provide a positive role in the stable operation of the centrifugal compressor system.For the problem of control system which may actually happened in the propylene centrifugal compressor group operating characteristics and process,the control program combines on-site process requirements were modified to ensure the compressor units can satisfied the process of production,to realize the compressed propylene and coal gasification.
