Fully-mechanized hydraulic support, a kind of hydraulic power equipment which utilizes liquid pressure to generate support and achieve self-moving to do the roof support and management, is an indispensable matching equipment in comprehensive mechanized coal mining. Mostly, chain hoist is adopted as lifting tool when it comes to the traditional assembly and demolition of fully-mechanized hydraulic support, which means more hidden security dangers, higher labor intensity and lower efficiency, making the progress lags behind the need of workface more seriously. In order to get the job done safely, swiftly, and effectively, ease the labor intensity and enhance production efficiency, it is a must to develop a special equipment.The emphasis of the thesis are:starting from high-efficient and security of dismantling of hydraulic support, carrying out the structure design of Assemble Frame of Hydraulic Support. Then, the reliability and rationality of structural are verified by utilizing ANSYS-Workbench to do the finite-element analysis on key structures. Finally, the design of hydraulic system is completed. Specific content are as follows:Firstly, this paper starts with the overall structure of assemble frame of hydraulic support, and the whole machine model is established by Solidworks. Then it is introduced in detail for function and structure of lifting device, longitudinal-moving device, rollover devices, self-moving device. Secondly, structural strength analysis is conducted on fixed sprocket support of lifting device, sliding support of rollover device and moving beam of longitudinal-moving device by ANSYS-Workbench. Thridly,contact strength and modal analysis are proceeded on wheel axis of self-moving device, and the transient dynamics simulation is carried out on transmission gears. Finally, hydraulic power transmission system is designed which mainly includes the following:load analysis of each executive cylinder, design of hydraulic system schematic diagram and selection of related hydraulic elements.
