This project aimed at studying a new kind of inflatable mini-cold storage with the advantage of simple, practical, easy construction and low cost of as the goal.Through the determination of thermal insulation material of physical and chemical indicators,and the optimization design of the retaining structure of inflatable mini-cold storage library, the thermal performance testing and the effect of preservation of red grape research compared with modular mini-cold storage and ordinary mini-cold storage, the results show that:1.Polyester fiber is selected as thermal insulation material for Inflatable mini-cold storage, its thermal conductivity is0.031W/m·Kand the average moisture regain0.2%, the tensile strength is0.37MPa, the elongation is140%and the density relatively low, and it has the characteristic of fire self-extinguishing.Compared with frequently-used thermal insulation material in the past, not only polyester fiber can achieve the standard of thermal insulation material for mini-cold storage house also due to superior to the commonly used thermal insulation material in the past as polyurethane foam and styrofoam.2.1n the structure design, library body retaining structure with special inflatable structures, with PVC film and thermal insulation material Constitute a closed space, not only its filling the gas (such as air, nitrogen, etc.) can support library body also reduced the heat transfer coefficient of enclosure structure. Designing body shape in the library, this text study capacity of30m3mini-cold storage, select library body height of3m than library body height of2m and4m respectively when more uniform distribution of inside temperature, retaining library body surface area smaller, less cold loss; Calculated in the design of miniature refrigerator to comprehensively consider the height, width of mini-cold storage, surface area and shape coefficient of a series of factors.3.Determination of the inflatable mini-cold storage, the total thermal resistance, heat transfer coefficient, temperature and time, and the thermal properties such as thermal insulation performance. Results show that the thermal insulation of the palisade structure of the inflatable mini-cold storage is10.2m2·K/W, heat transfer coefficient is0.097W/m2·K, the thermal resistance has reached the design standard for mini cold storage house total thermal resistance of3.38m2·K/W.Inflatable mini-cold storage has short cooling time, the performance of heat preservation is good.4.By measuring some indexes of red grape storage before and after inside the inflatable mini-cold storage, such as hardness, Fruit abscission rate, fall grain rate, fruit respiration intensity and total acid content, reducing sugar content in fruit and Vc content are studied, the results show that the inflatable mini-cold storage can better inhibit the respiration intensity of red grape, maintain the quality of the red grape.5.This experiment is analyzed the economic benefits of inflatable mini-cold storage by calculating, the results showed that the cost of inflatable mini-cold storage only about75%of the cost compared to the other two mini cold storage, and reduced the construction cost of the mini-cold storage, further adapted to the rural economic development.
