In recent years, as the labor cost increased year by year, the traditional manual work forms have been difficult to meet the demand of enterprise normal production.Entering the21st century,assembly automation the rapid development of the basic technology, and artificial intelligence technology, communication technology and control technology, the combination of injected new vitality to the development of automatic assembly technology.At the same time to realize the automatic assembly for improving production efficiency, reduce cost and ensure the quality of products, especially to reduce the intensity of labor is of great significance.In view of this, entrusted by the enterprise, we design the automatic assembly system for the ball and, in order to realize the ball with full automatic assembly of stents.This paper introduces the ball with stents automatic assembly system is an automated assembly equipment. The automated assembly equipment is mainly composed of automatic feeding system, automatic transmission system and the automatic assembly system module composition and so on. We are starting from the structure and technological requirements of ball bearing and stents, determine its special parts as well as the technological process, determine the total solution.On the working principle of vibrating feeding machine is analyzed, to discuss adjust the feeding speed method, complete the mechanical structural design of vibration feeding machine. Analysis of ball bearing and the bracket assembly requirements, the use of coiled material, let the ball fall into assembly location scheme automatically, complete cylinder type selection, structure design.To analyze the structure and properties of ball bearing and stent, and connecting with the requirements of assembly institutions, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various transmission way, respectively transmission schemes for the ball and, for sure, and according to the work requirements, design calculation, complete the required motor selection and the corresponding structure design.Using3d software solidworks complete vibration hopper three-dimensional modeling, using solidworks own model for dynamic analysis module of finite element analysis, comprehensive and accurate understanding of dynamic characteristic of the vibration hopper.Through the above work, completed a ball and automatic assembly system research and development of stents, realized the full automation of a ball and stents assembly, reduces the production cost, improve the production efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of workers, increase the competitiveness of the enterprises.
