The electromagnetic vibration feeder is a key equipment of the coke dry quenching system.The equipment is installed at the bottom of dry quenching furnace system.The extinguished coke is continuously discharged to the transport belt by uniform vibration,and the discharge is controlled by adjusting the amplitude of the feeder.The coke dry quenching system will run stably when the material height in the furnace can be stabilized in a certain range.At present,the electromagnetic vibration feeder of domestic coke dry quenching system is mainly imported from Japan.It has long supply period,high price,difficulty in purchasing spare parts and inconvenient after-sales service.The research in this paper breaks the monopoly of electromagnetic vibration feeder in foreign countries.The localization of the equipment is of great theoretical significance and remarkable social and economic benefits.First of all,the paper carries on the theory design of the vibratory feeder,on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the structure,working principle and technological process of the vibrating feeder,The theoretical value of the average velocity of material motion is calculated by the theory of material throwing motion,and the average velocity is calculated by considering the influence coefficient of material glide,installation angle,material property and material layer thickness,etc.The theoretical production capacity of vibration feeder is obtained.The selection method of standard parts of the excitation system is determined.Other key components,such as feed tank,vibration isolation system,support car and so on,are designed.Then,the prototype is trial-produced according to the theoretical design.By debugging the prototype,the method of adjusting the natural frequency of the equipment is grasped,which ensures the stable running of the equipment in the sub-near-resonance state.By setting up an experimental platform to carry out no-load and load experiments on the prototype,the data of the prototype are collected and compared and analyzed,and the influence of each parameter on the capacity of the prototype is determined,and the method to improve the capacity of the equipment is found.It lays a foundation for further research and development of vibration feeder with large displacement.After the prototype was trial-produced successfully,it was put into engineering application,the firsthand information in the process of installation and debugging of engineering equipment was grasped,and rich experience was accumulated for the improvement and upgrading of the equipment.Finally,aiming at the problems in engineering application,the finite element modeling and analysis of the key structure of the vibration feeder is carried out,and the defects in the original design are found.Through optimization and improvement,an electromagnetic vibration feeder satisfying the production requirements is designed.
