In the process of transportation of oil and gas,the loss of oil and gas is inevitable,especially storage tanks in oil field united stations.Evaporating loss in storage tanks including flashing,standing and working loss.The loss of oil and gas in the tanks would reduce the amount of oil,resulting in economic losses,environmental pollution,the lower the quality of oil products and safety concerns.Firstly,the article makes a particular investigation of the types of respiratory loss and its related factors in the joint station.On the basis of this,the design of the continuous monitoring system for respiratory loss of crude oil tank is carried out.Established the model of crude oil respiration loss for storage tanks in the special conditions of Shengli oil field.Based on the monitoring data,we conduct a qualitative analysis on the affecting factors of breathing loss in the storage tank,evaluating the existing models,and correct the model of storage tank breathing loss.Finally,we formed the comprehensive measurement system of respiratory loss of storage tank.Research results provide that: The establishment of a comprehensive measurement system of oil tank respiration loss is accurate and feasible.The results for the establishment of accounting and inventory of oil tank oil loss provides a theoretical basis.
