Petroleum drilling engineering is an indispensable important part of oil exploration and exploitation,drilling engineering itself involved in workplaces,drilling technology,geological conditions and so on has certain particularity,under the influence of these special factors make the drilling engineering there are a lot of security risks,in the process of drilling operation,with objects such as strike,falls and get an electric shock,fire,explosion,toxic gases,such as risk factors,to the life safety of the personnel,production smoothly caused serious influence.This article is mainly based in the yanqi basin of xinjiang,which is a research object of the drilling project,which is under the construction of the sinopec henan drilling engineering corporation,and it has been evaluated on the risks of the drilling process in the site of the site.According to the technological process of baojian no.1 well,this paper divides the well construction into three major links:pre-drilling engineering,drilling process and completion engineering.Combined with the risks in the drilling construction process,the paper identifies and analyzes the harmful factors such as object strike,high fall,electric shock,blowout fire explosion and hydrogen sulfide in the drilling construction process of baojian no.1 well,and divides the well site layout and drilling engineering into two evaluation units according to the production process.Through the use of safety checklist method,pre-risk analysis method,accident tree analysis method,risk degree evaluation method and quantitative simulation method of accident consequences,the evaluation unit of drilling process is qualitative and quantitative safety risk evaluation.dispersion consequences evaluation modelof blowout H2S and jet fire model of vlowout gas are established based on CFD,the consequences of blowout accident are evaluated quantitaively.Based on the results of risk assessment,this paper establishes the most harmful and common emergency plan for the field disposal of blowout accidents in drilling construction.In the plan,the emergency treatment principles and procedures for the conventional working condition,electrical test and cementing working condition are established to provide the basis for the emergency treatment of blowout accidents in the drilling construction process.Finally,according to the various risks in the drilling construction process,the corresponding and effective safety countermeasures and measures are put forward to provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the safe and smooth drilling process of baojian 1 well.
