Cold rotary forging machine has other presses irreplaceable advantages for diskparts production, because of China’s orbital technology research started late, there isno domestic cold rotary forging machines used in actual production,T200ColdRotary Forging Machine, which is researched and developed by BRIMET, hasimportant significance for fill the gaps. As an experimental prototype, finite elementanalysis by powerful finite element analysis software ABAQUS, and then optimizethe design, details are as follows:Firstly, build the finite element model, including the selection of unit types,meshing, boundary conditions and so on.Secondly, modal analysis, from the perspective of numerical analysis, throughthe model of the stress field, deformation field analysis to obtain the model stressconcentration and large deformation parts, and according to the strain contours, straingauge testing conducted to verify the correctness of the analysis results.Thirdly, modal analysis, vibration characteristics of the fuselage structure, andanalyze the causes vibration mode, laying the foundation for optimizing the frame.Fourthly, dynamic response analysis, by studying the response to excitation in agiven dynamic load generated, find out the pros and cons of dynamics.Finally, based on the results of static analysis, modal analysis, dynamic responseanalysis, by orthogonal experiment, build optimization mathematical model of theframe, according to the calculation result, regulate the structure, reduce the weight ofthe frame, in the case of ensuring the body stiffness.
