Ceramic coating is nontoxic paint of a new low VOC emissions, it has a hardness, super weather, not sticky, high temperature, non-flammable, non-smoking, corrosion resistance, self-cleaning, high temperature oxidation and many other advantages, so it is an ideal coating. However, the ceramic sheet in the form of a ceramic coating mainly used, which limits the scope of use. Therefore, a wear-resistant ceramic coating appears to solve the problem of the ceramic piece off, which is a non-metallic inorganic cementitious materials. Currently, its application has been deep into the field most of the national economy. Generally, its use is metallurgy and machinery industry, automobile industry, aerospace industry, tool industry, food industry, petrochemical industry, cement, coal industry, coal-fired power and defense industry in many highly corrosive material erosion wear heavy parts.This paper analyzes the main experimental tests through macro and micro analysis supplemented, Studied the affect of slag-alumina cement system polycarboxylate superplasticizer content, slag powder content and alumina cement content on the mechanical properties of the entire resistant ceramic coating, also studied the impact of limestone powder-high alumina cement limestone content of wear-resistant ceramic coating performance, the main contents and conclusions were as follows:(1) In slag-alumina cement system, in order to calculate the percentage of the material, white fused alumina30%, alumina cement35%, slag powder15%, Polycarboxylate0.2%,7days compressive strength is144.6MPa, flexural strength is11.5MPa, hardness is176.8HV, the wear volumer is0.13cm3.Experimental results show:When the greater compressive strength, generally the greater the hardness, the smaller the wear volume, and Hardness and wear volume are related. The amount of wear volume reflects the size of wear resistance. The wear resistance is proportional to its hardness, with the hardness increases, the smaller wear volume, the higher the wear resistance.(2) In the limestone-alumina cement system, in order to calculate the percentage of the material, white fused alumina30%, alumina cement35%, Limestone15%,7days compressive strength is135.2MPa, flexural strength is11.5MPa, hardness is160.6HV, wear volume is0.28cm3.
