With the continuous production of Yu Hua Temple Mine Area, mine tailings damgradually approaching the capacity limit, tailings discharge and deep orebody mininghas become the main problem of the mine. In order to recycle the resources effectively,the mine decided to strong recover orebody above-340m, followed by collapse pitstockpile of tailings, and select a reasonably deep orebody mining plan.Because of the Yu Hua Temple Mine Area engineering geological condition iscomplex, with the combination of similar simulation experiment and numericalsimulation calculation, study the feasibility of deep mining under dry tailings disposal.First of all, using the method of similar simulation experiment, simulate deep miningrespectively using sublevel caving method and upward drift stoping method after drytailings disposal, and the results show that using upward drift stoping method is moresafe and reliable. Secondly, on the basis of Yu Hua Temple mine Area more rainstorm inthe rainy season, carried out deep mining after dry tailings disposal under the conditionsof different rainfall intensity. The results show that in order to prevent rainstorm, drytailings stack emissions need to take reinforcing measures. Thirdly, using the advantageof numerical simulation, simulate strong recovery orebody above-340m, collapse pitdry tailings disposal, and deep mining under-340m, revealed the characteristics ofcollapse pit stress, ground settlement and dry tailings stability in the process of mining.Finally, with the combination of simulation process and result, put forwardcorresponding prevention measures for safe mining practice reference for the mine.Through the use of abandoned mine space stockpiling of tailings using dry tailingsdisposal, which not only solves the problem of tailings discharge, and also backfillingwastespace. It has dual effect bringing good economic and social benefits to mine,which is a worthy of popularizing technology.
