| Lean management is one of the most advanced management theory in this century, as the most widely used method in lean management,the5S management is recognized and affirmed in the world.The A laboratory is the institution with independent status,through the Chinese Qualification Accreditation Committee,the institutional review approval and certification "three in one" third party fair textile review inspection agency. In the laboratory on-site management activities were found,site management exist in name,standard operation is not scientific,the equipment failure rate is high.In this paper,from the basic theory of lean management,using the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.First of all.the location management and visual management combination,to people,objects,places the best cooperation,promote the laboratory detection efficiency and the detection quality.Secondly,the site management standardization, the standardization program was implemented,the order of the laboratory testing field can be greatly improved,so that the site management fair. Finally, combined with the situation of A laboratory equipment maintenance,equipment maintenance activities to establish independent system,and mobilize all implement,to optimize the management of equipment,reduce the equipment failure rate,enhancing the quality of staff.Through the comparison,we found that A laboratory on site management optimization,greatly enhance the work efficiency,but also to enhance the quality of the staff.Due to the application of5S management method in laboratory is in the stage of development, though theory with practice, has strong practical and targeted.The innovation points of this paper is based on the lab daily work practice,in clear thorough theory basis,the5S management has been improved in many aspects, has carried on the system integration, the actual results show improved results.
