Energy is the material basis for the survival and development of human society,and greatly promotes the rapid development of human society and the worldeconomy.However,with the industrialization development of each country,energyconsumption has increased dramatically,the extruder as one of the main productionequipment,energy consumption is huge,especially the single screw extruder causedserious energy consumption.For this reason energy conservation and emissionsreduction had been put forward,development of resources recycling technology,realization for the comprehensive utilization of resources.With the global emphasisincreasing on energy saving and emission reduction,energy consumption is putforward new requirements for extruder.The extruder barrel generally use flange connection,which caused the unevendistribution of barrel inner surface temperature,resulting in uneven distribution of thematerial temperature,impact extrusion mass;In addition,the ordinary wood plasticextruder energy utilization rate is low,serious waste,unit consumption great.Inresponse to this situation,this topic proposed new barrel connection mode,optimizedextrusion system,analysis the optimized extrusion system of energy consumption.The research works for these maters as follows:(1)Access to a large number of relevant documents and information,as well asexperimental research related patents extruder about energy conservation,indicates thebackground and the present situation of energy conservation and emissions reduction,and the current general situation of the extruder energy saving technology is widelyused.(2)Focus on the analysis of energy input and output in the process ofextrusion, and deduces the basic formula of energy consumption, build upmathematical expressions evaluation of important indicator for the extruder energy consumption,create an important indicator of the evaluation for the extruder such asthe mathematic expression of the energy utilization ratio、 unit consumption、etc.Analysis the main influencing factors of energy consumption.(3)With a diameter of65ordinary wood plastic extruding machine as anexample,analyze its extrusion process,energy consumption calculation of ordinarywood plastic extruder barrel from room temperature rise to set the time needed forprocess temperature,using ANSYS software simulator barrel temperature distribution,analysis of ordinary wood plastic extruder in the defects existing in the extrusionprocess.(4)According to the ordinary wood plastic extruder in thermal distributionuniformity and defects of energy utilization,and based on the energy consumption ofextruder and screw diameter,wall thickness and the relationship between the rotationalspeed,optimization of wood plastic extruder extrusion system,theoretical analysisafter optimization and energy saving effect of extrusion system.(5)Analysis of temperature on the energy consumption of extruder and theinfluence of the preheating equipment,theoretical calculation and experimental studyon the influence of the temperature of machine on the wall thickness of blunt,finishingthe experiment data and extruder was obtained by the Origin software fitting on wallthickness and temperature function equation.This topic by changing the way connecting the barrel,the barrel temperaturedistribution more uniform;The extruder barrel is obtained,the optimal wall thickness,it is concluded that wood plastic extruder unit consumption and speed and the diameterof the relationship,analyze in extruder consumption under the condition of minimum,the different diameter of optimum rotational speed of extruder....
