| To study on the consumption of printing press, the concept usingresources and environment has been throughout the product design,manufacture and using life, low-consumption design, manufacturing, materialrecycling and re-manufacturing has become the important content in theresearch of mechanical. At present, the green printing standard, only ifqualitative description about the printing equipment effectiveness and theevaluation index about unit environmental protection configuration, as for theactual effectiveness of quantitative detection method of printing equipmentwhich is still blank. This paper set up the printer model of energy consumptionby matrix analysis method. Using power test, torque test means, getacquisition from the perspective of power consumption and mechanicalcharacteristics research of energy consumption data, in the later of theprocessed data analysis, research. Basing on ZigBee technology, Set upprinter field test experiment platform, this paper put forward a new energyconsumption measurement which is based on wireless sensor network. Anon-contact torque testing system is developed. Finally, set equation about thesystem view,control-ability analysis and regulation with the information flow.The results of the research provide references for future printing machineenergy consumption analysis and detection methods. This main contents ofthe topic are as follows:1. The typical press actuators are chosen, transmission mechanism andchain are as the research objects, determine the description method of motionand energy flow. The study is given priority to the function unit level integrationaccording to set a a typical printing machine as an example to set up theprinter detection and monitoring system construction based on energyconsumption. 2. The technology printing machine energy consumption monitoring,monitoring technology to develop and test research which are based onZigBee include the detection principle, technology, methods, application andthe development of new equipment. Three layers of energy consumptionmonitoring technology research includes: energy consumption detectiondaemon which is located in the bottom of the system, and realize energyconsumption data by the ZigBee network node can be detected. Test programis mainly responsible for sensor node; Data collection program which isresponsible for the node energy consumption data collection and transmissionis in the system middle layer, energy consumption monitoring program isrunning on the gateway node in the Android platform, through this platform caneasily finish the work about data storage and transmission; Master client PC atthe top of the master program in the system is the three layers of monitoringnetwork construction from the master, master client program can be insynchronization with whole network energy consumption data.3. The development of energy consumption monitoring data analysiswhich is based on MATLAB platform. The torque data which is called theparameters of the mechanical properties analysis platform that based on theMATLAB software (GUI).4.Through the establishment of printing machine control system of thelinear time invariant state space equation to express the characteristics of thesignal in energy flow way by digital logic quantitative processing, the stability ofthe control system and can view, control-ability are in research. |
