With the development of national cultural industry and the improvement of people's living standards,China's printing industry has developed continuously,and the total output value has jumped to the second place in the world.However,the increase of labor cost and environmental protection in the printing industry have attracted more and more social attention."Green,digital,intelligent and integrated" has become the development trend of the printing industry.Although the industry standard JB/T 12377-2015 Measuring method for energy consumption of web gravure printing press has been promulgated and implemented,the energy consumption test methods of compound machine,bag making machine and other packaging and printing equipment are missing,and the efficiency evaluation method of packaging and printing intelligent factory is still blank,which restricts the intelligent and green development of the printing industry.Therefore,in the national key R ? D plan "research and demonstration of intelligent packaging and printing and sewing machinery manufacturing industry network collaborative manufacturing integration technology",the "efficiency evaluation and detection method of packaging and printing intelligent factory" is included in one of the important research contents.This subject mainly completes the following contents:(1)Aiming at the lack of energy consumption detection method of packaging and printing equipment,according to the characteristics of printing process and power consumption type,the energy consumption model of packaging and printing equipment is established;The energy consumption classification of packaging and printing intelligent factory is analyzed;On this basis,the energy consumption detection system architecture of packaging and printing intelligent factory is proposed,which lays a foundation for the efficiency evaluation of intelligent factory.(2)Aiming at the problem of multi equipment energy consumption test in packaging and printing intelligent factory,the software and hardware architecture of printing factory energy consumption acquisition system is proposed based on Zig Bee wireless network technology,which solves the problem of data transmission among printing equipment,energy consumption acquisition sensor and host computer in packaging and printing intelligent factory.The system consists of sensor terminal node,coordinator node and host computer;The terminal node is responsible for collecting equipment energy consumption data,the coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining the network and data transfer,and the upper computer is responsible for data analysis and calculation,data display and storage.(3)Aiming at the problems of a large number of information islands and data interoperability in the printing equipment of packaging and printing intelligent factory,this paper puts forward an evaluation index system and method for the efficiency of packaging and printing intelligent factory,constructs an evaluation system with performance,efficiency,quality and greening as the first-class evaluation indexes,and establishes the calculation model of each index data;The analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze and calculate the evaluation index weight,and the index weight vector is obtained.The efficiency evaluation system and detection method are verified with the data collected by a packaging and printing company in Hubei Province.The experimental results show that the efficiency evaluation index system and method meet the needs of efficiency evaluation of packaging and printing intelligent engineering.The energy consumption model and detection method of packaging and printing equipment,the efficiency evaluation index system and efficiency evaluation method of packaging and printing intelligent factory will become an important basis for the evaluation of the effect of digital,intelligent and green construction of China's printing industry.
