The samples of single component and complex of cationic surfactants dodecyl-dimethylbenzylammonium chloride (1227), poly(hexamethylenebiguanide) hydro-chloride(PHMB), bisalkyldimethylammonium chloride (D8-10), and didecyldimethy-lhydroxyethylammonium chloride (DEQ), and nonionic surfactants such as AEO-9, XL-80, JFC-2, APG0810, S23E7, S23E9, SA-7and SA-9, and anionic surfactants AEC-9were studied with relate sterilization and detergency as followed:1) The bactericidal effects of1227, PHMB, D8-10, DEQ, GA and PCMX against the three pathogenic bacteria (escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans) were studied. The result showed the killing logarithm value (KL) of1227, PHMB, D8-10, DEQ, GA against escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus at200mg.1/1for lminite was higher than1, and the KL of D8-10and DEQ against Candida albicans was above than1, but the sterilization of PCMX did not exist. The KL of1227, PHMB, D8-10, DEQ, GA at200mg.L-1against the three pathogenic bacteria for20minites was higher than1, and sterilization of PCMX did not exist. The KL of1227, PHMB, D8-10, DEQ, GA at170mg.L-1against candida albicans for20minites was higher than1.2) The series of complexes of1227, PHMB, D8-10, DEQ were studied to select good composite components with bactericidal effects. The results showed that the KL of the five complexes at60mg.L-1against three pathogenic bacteria were above than1.3) The bactericidal properties of composite which was Composed of AEO-9, XL-80, JFC-2, APG0810, S23E7, S23E9, SA-7, SA-9at450mg.L-1and compounds of the cationic surfactant2)were measured. The result showed that added XL-80, JFC-2, APG0810in, the KL of cationic surfactant compound to candida albicans was slightly increase or almost no change, and added AEO-9, S23E7, S23E9in, the KL against escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus was slightly decreased, and added JFC-2, S23E7,S23E9,SA-7,APG0810in, the KL against escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus was virtually unchanged, but added SA-9in, the KL changed irregularly.4) The bactericidal properties of composite of AEO, XL-80, JFC-2, APG0810at 225,450,900mg.L-1and cationic surfactant composite were investigated. The result showed that by increasing concentration of AEO-9and XL-80, the KL of cationic surfactants against the three pathogens KL was deceased, with increasing concentration of APG0810, the KL of cationic surfactants against the three pathogens was increased. With increasing concentration of JFC-2, the KL of cationic surfactants against the E. coli and staphylococcus aureus was increased and then decreased, but the KL against candida albicans was decreased.5) The bactericidal properties of multiple non-ionic surfactant and cationic surfactant combination after concentration of non-ionic surfactant changed were studied. The results showed that the KL against the three pathogenic bacteria increased by increasing the concentration of cationic surfactants, and keeping concentration of non-ionic surfactant at450mg.L’1, and keeping the constant proportion of cationic surfactants. The bactericidal properties of composites attained level of disinfection by changing the proportion of XL-80, JFC-2, APG0810and increased the concentration of cationic surfactants to180mg.L-1, and keeping the concentration of AEO-9at300mg.L-1.6) The economic formula of the composite component of cationic surfactants were studied. The results showed that the KL against three pathogenic bacteria reached level of disinfection by decreasing the proportion of PHMB, increasing the concentration of nonionic surfactants to600mg.L-1and keeping the concentration of cationic surfactants at166mg.L-1. This formula had higher level of detergency, but still did not meet the requirement of the industrial standard (QB1224).7) The bactericidal properties and detergency of composite by AEC-9and cationic surfactants were studied. The results showed that detergency of composite was improved by replacing some or all of the AEO-9or AEO-7with AEC-9.The bactericidal properties was improved by increasing the concentration of AEC-9and composite with AEO-7.8) The effects on detergency and bactericidal effects after added enzyme in the disinfectant detergent were studied. The results showed that the detergency of the disinfectant detergent was improved to get up to industry standards (QB1224) and keeping properties at40℃for3months. So the detergent may be saved at room temperature for2years. Thus the formula of disinfectant detergent was determined. We studied the bactericidal properties and detergency properties of composite which was composed of AEC-9, multiple non-ionic surfactants and multiple cationic surfactants. We found that it was be to have excellent detergency, sterilization performance and longer shelf life of the combination, so it was practical significance to product in the industrial. The composite of AEC-9, multiple non-ionic surfactants and multiple cationic surfactants may be widely used.
