The Current Situations, Comparative Analysis And Development Strategies For Exchanges And Co-operations Of Fujian-Taiwan Tea Culture

Nowadays, the development of culture industry has become a significant element to economic development. Tea art performance, tea culture education and tea culture tourism are significant branches of tea culture industry; their developments play vital roles to the development of tea culture industry. Researches on the exchanges and cooperation of Fujian-Taiwan tea culture are of great significance to extend tea industry chain, to promote the structural transformation and upgrading, to further accelerate tea culture exchanges and cooperation. By analyzing current situation of Fujian-Taiwan tea culture, comparing the tea ceremony creation, tea culture education and tea culture tourism, studying the exchange and cooperation model of Fujian-Taiwan tea culture industry, this thesis drafts to go deep to study the traits and features of Fujian-Taiwan tea culture, which is significant for the exchanges and cooperation for tea culture in both areas, and by studying Taiwan’s experience to further develop Fujian’s tea culture industry economy. The thesis includes the following parts:1. Exchanges and cooperation of Fujian-Taiwan tea culture industry enjoy a fine foundation. The origin of their tea cultures and the support of cooperation policies are crucial conditions to tea culture and its industry exchange and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. Benefited from the supportive policies, the development of tea art creation, tea culture education and tea culture tourism between Fujian and Taiwan have reached certain levels.2. Comparison of tea art creation, tea culture education and tea culture between Fujian and Taiwan. On tea art creation, allocation of tea sets, tea art procedures, commentary, tea ceremony connotation and performing arts vary from each other, which has relations with the different living habits and tea ceremony concepts between the two provinces; on tea culture education, tea culture major setting institutions, designations, curriculum settings, examination systems are quite different, but of characters respectively, which complementary to each other as well; on tea culture tourism, there are similarity and geographic characteristics featuring both tea culture tourism products and tour routes.3. Case study. Tenfu Group’s tea culture industry development is comparatively fast and mature both in mainland China and Taiwan. It is of typical features on tea ceremony creation, tea culture education and tea culture tourism in the following aspects:the creation of marketing tea ceremony and acting tea ceremony which blended in Fujian-Taiwan culture and the enterprise’s own culture; majors of Tea Production and Processing together with Tea Culture in Zhangzhou College of Science and Technology, the curriculums, practicing conditions, examination system of tea masters are all discussed and formulated by cross-Strait tea science experts; meanwhile, the cooperation in running schools, coordination training, tea ceremonies and events interactions between the college and Taiwan are of antecedence to some extent; constructions of Tenfu Tea Museum, tea-themed Tangshan-Taiwan Stone Sculpture Park and tea enterprise tourism are all featuring the enterprise’s culture and Taiwan characteristic, distinctive tea culture tourism products’connotation, more chances for experiencing, seeking knowledge and exchanges, productive cooperation between tea culture tourism routes and other tourist attractions.4. Suggestions from three parts for the development of Fujian-Taiwan tea culture’s exchange and cooperation.(1) On exchanges and cooperation of tea ceremony creation, integrating tea ceremony concepts, seeking common points while reserving differences, absorbing essence while discarding dross; integrating tea ceremony connotation, promoting the depth and width; integrating tea ceremony forms, concentrating on crucial points, creating new ones according to the market; establishing industry organizations to achieve industry value.(2) On exchanges and cooperation of tea culture education, further developing cooperation projects in school running, enhancing related major constructions and curriculum settings; further developing coordination training projects for tea masters, strengthening the perfection of examination system; further developing cooperation projects of tea culture related teaching materials, increasing participation degree of cross-Strait tea companies.(3) On exchanges and cooperation of tea culture tourism, presenting the idea of highlighting the geographic characteristics of famous tea scenic spots, innovating tea culture tourism products; innovating tea culture tourism routes based on transportation advantages and favorable policies; developing tourist projects for tea culture education based on tea culture education cooperation; developing tea culture experience tourism products based on tea ceremonies and tea events, etc.
