The Constraints And Countermeasures Of Oil Industry Cooperation Between China And Russia

As a kind of energy source,petroleum is a relatively scarce resource globally.Many productions are inseparable from oil.Russia has a unique advantage in oil reserves,while China's oil reserves are relatively small and cannot fully meet its own needs.In recent years,China's dependence on foreign oil resources has become increasingly dependent on production needs.The quality of oil is a matter of concern and needs to arouse the attention of the Chinese government.Russia is one of the best in the world in terms of oil reserves.Therefore,if China and Russia can balance their cooperation and find suitable cooperation methods,they will play a significant role in promoting the economic development of the two countries.China and Russia are geographically close to each other,providing many convenient conditions for the oil trade between the two countries.Under such premise,they will provide a solid foundation for boosting the oil and gas cooperation between the two countries.However,we should also note that due to the constant and repeated volatility of world oil prices,coupled with the instability of the political situation and the continuous suppression of the strength of the internal opposition in Russia,and the exclusion of other developed countries,Russia and China's oil cooperation is also Face many problems.The author is a Russian student in China,and hopes to conduct in-depth research on the problems existing in Sino-Russian oil industry cooperation.This paper divided into five chapters.In the first chapter,the research background,purpose significance and research methods mainly include literature analysis method,theoretical analysis method and quantitative qualitative combined analysis method.The innovation points are analyzed and summarized.The second chapter analyzes related industrial cooperation theories,mainly based on the cooperation theory of regional economic integration and the theory of comparative advantages,and summarizes the relevant theoretical foundations at home and abroad.The third chapter describes the current situation of cooperation between China and Russia.First,it analyzes the preconditions for Sino-Russian oil cooperation from natural basis,economic basis,and political foundation.Secondly,it analyzes current joint development and project cooperation and development,and considers that China and Russia has the space and basis for further cooperation.The fourth chapter analyzes the constraining factors of current oil cooperation between China and Russia,and analyzes in depth the interference and threats of various countries within and outside of Russia,as well as the oil trade between China and Russia.Political forces mainly cause the cooperation.Based on the above analysis and research,the fifth chapter aimed at the above analysis of the problems and constraints,and made specific recommendations and measures.
