With the rapid development of China's economy,the application of pickling plate is increasingly widespread,coupled with its high profit margins,attracting more and more iron and steel enterprises into the pickling plate manufacturing.But,there is not have a unified standard of production system for continuous pickling line,there have questions like low level of automation and inefficient,the phenomenon of strip over pickling,resulting in defective products,the tension control did not do well,the accuracy is poor,resulting in poor strip plate and so on.This requires the iron and steel enterprises start from the process of research to the design of determine,and then to achieve the control system.Through the continuous improvement of productivity levels and product quality to face this new challenge.M Steel Group continuous pickling line project as an example in this paper.This paper presents a PLC-based entry autocontrol system of continuous pickling line.Basis on the demand analysis,introduced the relevant technical basis of the system,architecture design and core functions.Then test the implementary plan,and based on the results of test,application of the system is put forward.Firs of all,this paper eaten the using and research status of domestic and foreign continuous pickling unit.And made a detailed introduction for the control technology foundation of continuous pickling unit,foundation of network communication technology,foundation of visualization technology,the process of automatic control system.Then make a detail analysis for need of M Steel Group in to system from the functional requirements and non-functional requirements.The functional requirement is the core of this research design(automatic coiling function,looper control function,speed control function,tension control function).it is also main content of overall architecture design and implementation plan.Secondly,paper designs technology solutions and technical solutions of entry control system on overall architecture design.Specifically including the control technology hardware —SIMATIC S7-400,Network communication technology—PROFIBUS-DP and industrial Ethernet,visualization technology—SAMITIC WINCC configuration software.Focus on four aspects of automatic coiling,looper control,speed control,tension control,paper proposes a relatively independent and closely related design.Made a detailed description and analysis for working principle,key technology and realization way.Finally,through system testing,perform the test from the process,precision and speed and other aspects for the realization of the four core functions,and then recorded with the PDA curve,the test results show that not only achieve all the control function,but also have high precision,strip quality meet or exceed the technical requirements of the technical indicators.Therefore,the design is feasible,the research work of this paper has a more obvious theoretical and practical value for the personnel who engaged in pickling line technical staff,also provide a strong practical program for the development of the entire pickling line.Of course,the system also has some place needs to improve.This is also need to continue to explore in the future research and production.
