Which make the coal winning machine research anddevelopment under the thin coal seam condition extremely easy to use.The development and application of magnetic speed regulating electric haulageshearer will directly affect the actual situation of the coal resources mining. This topic isbased on the development trend of the electromagnetic variable-speed electric tractionshearer, at the same time of research efforts to find innovative, through contrasting andanalyzing a large number of literature material, this subject designed a relativelyadvanced magnetic speed regulating electric haulage shearer control device. This topicdesign of the electromagnetic variable-speed electric traction shearer is established inthe present, on the basis of comparison of advanced embedded technology, namely onSTM32F103platform constructed electromagnetic speed regulating system, is able tocomplete the control of ac motor, and has strong ability of communication and datacalculation, suitable for unmanned mining system integration information needs,velocity feedback and current feedback closed-loop control, smooth control systemeffectively. The scheme can fully meet the needs of the ac motor control, simpleoperation, reliable operation, good speed regulation performance and low cost make itwill get more on ac motor speed control system widely used.
