In the overall composite concrete casting process found template deformed large by the lateral pressure of the concrete, low dimensional accuracy, poor surface quality and reduce installation quality embedded parts, molds short life and other issues. In this paper, vertical machining centers composite concrete machine tool bed as the research object, for large, complex structural composite concrete machine tool bed mold manufacturing difficulty, high costs, and low manufacturing precision issue, divide composite concrete machine tool bed and cast, use epoxy resin concrete adhesive the bed module,way to manufacturing composite concrete machine tool bed. The main contents are as follows:(1) Analysis and research bonding mechanism on its basis design epoxy resin concrete mix, and the use of silane coupling agent treat the adhesive surface to improve bond strength. By using a scanning electron microscope observed the adhesive surface, after the adhesive surface silane coupling agent treatment greatly improved surface wettability, dense microstructure, so that the adhesive strength is improved. By splitting tensile test, the results show that the adhesive strength higher than the strength of the matrix material, use epoxy concrete bond concrete machine tool bed meet the performance requirements.(2) Research for the large supporting of machine tools performance requirements, structural features and relation between large supporting of machine tool bed and overall stiffness of machine tools, on its basis reasonable divide tool bed module. By finite element analysis bonding tool bed, proof concrete with epoxy concrete adhesive tool bed each module is consistent with the overall performance of the tool bed, Adhesive machine tool bed in bed stiffness meet its performance requirements.(3) On the basis of viable of machine tool bed module division, combined with the material properties of the concrete design the structure of the mold, and molds for the casting process, analyze and calculate the loads, according to the load reasonably design template. So that the mold can reach the machine tool bed manufacturing high precision, good surface quality, low cost, long life and easy release purposes. In addition, to ensure the accuracy of the mold assembly and service life, the paper for mold installation, removal, cleaning and conservation propose requirements.On the basis of mold finite element analysis results proved feasible, design and manufacture of mold and manufacture of machine tool bed and actual measurement, measurement results show that this Mold can meet the requirements of the machine tool bed.
