| Sticky wet material in food and agricultural product processing industry, one kind of worse slag mainly derived from fermented or steeped cereal grains, such as fermented grains and soy sauce mash, has features of great viscidity, high water content, and bad liquidity。 It is difficult to move, unload, and transport this material for the reasons that caused by its physical properties and the fact that it must be produced in jars or pools in actual production process which is demanded by process and technology。There is no efficient way for stevedoring fermented grains。The two most common ways are manual lifting and mechanical handing。The manual lifting costs great in labor and has low efficiency。The main methods of mechanical handing is using bucket elevator, screw conveyer, bridge crane stainless steel grab。 The disadvantages of using bucket elevator are inconvenience when moving equipment and residue in process of loading and unloading materials。Screw conveyer is flexible in handle,but has low transportation capacity, and the efficiency decreases evidently when the pit pool becomes deeper, which makes it can be just used in white spirit distillery with low yield。Bridge crane stainless steel grab has a high utilization rate in high yield spirit distillery because its hanging efficiency in unit time is relatively high when compared to the former But limited by the size specification of pits, this way cannot get complete ejection of compact。Some spirit distilleries have concluded through experiments that increasing surface area has bad effect on microbial fermentation which will lead to low spirit yield,so the surface area of steel grab is small and much residual remains。With the development of machine production of white spirit,the problems of stevedoring fermented grain become a seriously bottleneck。Reasonable and efficient handing equipment are urgently needed。The design of the handling equipments based on the investigation of the wineries which produce Fen flavor Xiaoqu liquor using solid state fermentation, the real brewing workshops and the equipment producing effect。Through testing physical properties of fermented grains in different depth of three pit pools,we can make conclusions as followed。The moisture content of fermented grains improves with pit pool depth from61.20%to70.30%。The density of fermented grains increases with pit pool depth, for examples, the actual density increases from734.1kg/m3to893.4kg/m3, loose bulk density increases from421.1kg/m3to502.7kg/m3, the tap bulk density increased from529.8kg/m3to580.6kg/m3。 The static friction coefficient of fermented grains from different pit pool depth on the corrosion resistant plate differs from0.45to0.5。The repose angle of fermented grains increasing from42.2°to46.2°at0to1.5meter, and decreasing to45.9°at2meter depth。Testing of the size distribution of the fermented grains after drying12hours at105℃shows that97.99%of the fermented grains varies from2.8mm to4.75mm。This result leads to the main idea of using suck pneumatic conveyor technology and cyclone separator technology as keystone to design mobile sticky wet material hanging equipment,which includes power feed swivel nozzle, separator,dust remover,transmission device,charging bucket, electromotive push rod controlled automatic discharging gate, high pressure fan and so on。 Use the gas-solid two phase flow theory to ascertain equipment main process parameter, grain suspension velocity of particles(10.71m/s),airflow calculation(11.11m3/min), air flow in ventilation machine(11.17m3/min), transportation speed(25.7m/s) inner diameter of conveying pipe(96mm), piping pressure drop(12.15kPa) and power(3.6kw), and then choose the high pressure fan。Deeply research the device separating, dust remover, to insure successful separating once gas-solid two phase flow into system, and the dust removing effect to decrease the damage to high pressure fan and pollution to workshop environment。Use the simulation software FLUENT in computational fluid mechanics (CFD) to simulate the gas-solid separating system。Simulate the flow field status when gas-solid two phase flow pass through the separating device, find out the defects, optimize the system through repeatedly simulating and revising。The conclusions of simulation are that it is better for the gas-solid two phase flow to enter to the separating device along the cutting direction of the outer tube’s pipe wall and stretching the vent pipe to bottom of separating device is good for separation。... |
