After four aspects carries on the analysis from the people, things, management and environment, the employer liability risk of enterprises is evaluated. First of all, using multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for enterprises to carry out the overall risk level of classification; Leakage model is then used to enterprise’s damage radius of major hazards, to determine the severity of the accident, the risk of further classification of the enterprise; Finally, list factors that influence the rate of these factors on the chemical enterprise employers liability insurance for final determination.
